Today he’s a real estate agent in San Francisco and Marin, working with buyers and sellers across the Bay Area. Bank-owned (REO) and pre-foreclosure sales are his specialty. For homeowners facing a foreclosure sale, he can explain exactly where things stand and whether selling before the auction could protect what they’ve built in the home.

For buyers, bank-owned homes are a different kind of purchase, with institutional sellers and their own paperwork and timelines. He guides buyers through all of it, from first offer to closing.
